The Natrona County School district wants to drop alpine skiing as a sport. In doing so they will eliminate the sport statewide as their will not be enough school with alpine skiing to maintain the sport as a high school event. Ah the law of unintended consequences at work.

The Natrona County School District's IBAP committee has decided that school should start in the middle of August. Of course the IBAP committee never get any input from the public about this.

In case your confused about IBAP committees they are a means for the district's administrators to avoid personal responsibility for their decisions. Don't like that decision? Well too bad it was made by the IBAP committee not me.
